As a Premium & Banking Customer Advisor, you will support our premium and banking customers personally, professionally, and multilingually. With your intuition for customer needs, you create trust, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to a first-class customer experience.   YOUR TASKS  • You support our premium and banking customers via telephone as well as in writing in German, French, and English and offer them service at the highest level. • You accompany demanding customer requests independently from the inquiry to the solution and ensure sustainable customer care. • You advise our customers competently on our premium products, recognize additional needs, and create tangible added value through your personal advice. • You coordinate customer requests with internal specialist departments and external partners and ensure efficient and professional processing. • You contribute your ideas to continuously develop service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer experience.   YOUR PROFILE • You communicate confidently and professionally both orally and in writing in German, French, and English; Italian skills are a plus. • You have a completed commercial or equivalent training as well as experience in personal customer advisory or customer care - for example, in the finance industry, hospitality, premium retail, or a comparable service-oriented environment. • You are characterized by a strong service and customer orientation as well as high quality standards. • You appear professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented and maintain an overview even in demanding situations. • You work independently, structured, and responsibly and enjoy building long-term customer relationships.   For this position, we exclusively accept direct applications.
