Pre-intern Kindheitspädagogik, 80-100 %

In the Kita Leutschenbach, we offer the opportunity to complete a fixed-term pre-internship for 8 months starting from January 2027 (or by arrangement) in preparation for the HF training in Kindheitspädagogik.

Tasks ##

• You will work together on a varied and demanding care task and care for toddlers from 2 to approx. 4 years.
• You will receive initial insights into the structure of professional early childhood education concepts.
• You will be professionally qualifiedly guided and receive regular reflections on everyday pedagogical life.

Profile ##

• Educational qualification at Secondary Level II (FMS, Matura, EFZ)
• Willingness to participate in high-quality care, upbringing, and educational work in a Kita
• Skill and joy in pedagogical tasks with individual children and with different groups of children
• Personal maturity, resilience and ideally initial practical experience
• Ideally the intention to complete the HF Kindheitspädagogik training at the hfk Zug

Its eleven facilities for preschool-age children are independent living spaces in which children can experience and help shape everyday life together with peers. [hzf3.1]The Kita Leutschenbach is located in the Genossenschaftssiedlung -Mehr als Wohnen" in Leutschenbach. In total, when fully occupied, we offer 48 places for children from three months up to entering kindergarten and places for children with special needs (KmbB). The Kita works across groups, including aspects of early childhood education, care and upbringing, to allow the world to be discovered. This forms our pedagogical focus.
