• Supporting clients in the daily operations of funds, governance, and compliance matters
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating fund documents, including limited partnership agreements, asset management agreements, offering prospectuses, and subscription documents
• Representing clients before supervisory authorities (e.g., FINMA) and, if necessary, before courts or in arbitration
• Acquiring new mandates and strengthening the firm's position in the funds and asset management market
