In this exciting and future-oriented position, you will support organizations in the introduction and further development of modern digitalization and AI solutions. Together with specialist departments and decision-makers, you will identify potential for process optimization, develop practical solution approaches, and accompany the successful implementation of innovative technologies. The focus is particularly on the topics of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Artificial Intelligence, process automation, and digital collaboration.

Your tasks include the analysis of existing business processes, the development of digitalization and AI use cases, as well as the support of projects from the idea to the introduction. You advise customers and internal stakeholders regarding the possibilities of modern AI technologies and support the development of sustainable concepts with measurable added value. Furthermore, you help to inspire users for new technologies and promote their successful use in everyday work.

A further focus of your activity lies in ensuring the responsible use of AI solutions, taking into account data protection, information security, and regulatory requirements. In doing so, you work closely with different specialist departments as well as technical specialists and create the foundation for a successful digital transformation.

For this position, you bring initial to several years of experience in the areas of digitalization, process optimization, Microsoft 365, or Artificial Intelligence. Ideally, you have already participated in digitalization, automation, or AI projects and have a good understanding of modern cloud and collaboration solutions.

You are characterized by analytical thinking, a structured way of working, and a pronounced interest in new technologies. Communication strength, customer orientation, as well as the ability to convey complex topics understandably, round off your profile. German at native level, English skills are an advantage.
