Senior Controller

We are looking for our client, a regionally anchored industrial company, immediately or by arrangement, for a committed, conscientious and reliable Senior Controller ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Overall technical responsibility for the controlling of a significant business unit with a focus on operational processes. • Preparation, analysis and presentation of monthly and annual financial statements as well as responsibility for financial planning and budget processes • Development of sound decision-making bases in close cooperation with the management and divisional management • Active participation in the establishment and further development of controlling as well as cost and performance accounting • Design and optimization of efficient processes with a focus on standardization and digitalization Qualifications & Competencies • Completed degree in business administration with a focus on controlling and accounting (FH/Uni/ETH) or comparable qualification • Several years of experience in the establishment, optimization and standardization of controlling processes and systems • At least 5 years of professional experience • Strong analytical skills as well as a deep understanding of cost accounting, reporting and the audience-appropriate preparation of complex facts • High IT affinity, very good knowledge in dealing with BI/MIS systems as well as sound experience with SAP ERP and FI/CO (S/4HANA is an advantage) • Very good German skills, any further language is an advantage Opportunities & Perspectives Our client operates in a collegial and dynamic environment and offers the opportunity to successfully develop further in an international company.
