The house has around 150 suites, a gastronomic offering as well as a wellness and fitness area. A high quality standard, efficient processes and a well-groomed appearance characterize the daily operation. To strengthen the housekeeping team, we are looking for a responsible and strong-willed personality. Housekeeper ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Professional leadership, support and promotion of a housekeeping team of around 25 employees • Ensuring a smooth daily routine as well as organization of the daily work processes • Control of the cleanliness and appearance of all guest rooms as well as public and internal areas • Monitoring compliance with hygiene, quality and safety guidelines • Support in personnel deployment planning as well as in the induction of new employees • Contact person for the cleaning team in daily operational business • Collaboration in ordering and the management of cleaning materials • Active support of the team as needed as well as continuous optimization of existing work processes Qualifications & Competencies • Completed training in the hotel industry or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience as a housekeeper or in a comparable leadership function in housekeeping • Profound knowledge in professional room cleaning, material care as well as in handling cleaning machines and agents • Experience in the leadership, motivation and development of employees • Independent, structured and well-organized way of working • High quality awareness as well as a strong eye for detail • Resilient, reliable and communicative personality with high service orientation • Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing Chances & Perspectives A responsible leadership task with scope for design awaits you in a professional hotel operation with high quality standards.
