To strengthen our payroll team, we are looking for a committed personality for the area of family allowances, accidents and daily allowances from immediately or by agreement. Job Description ## • You check and process the settlement of family allowances on time, taking into account the legal requirements and the personnel ordinance of the ETH area. In doing so, you are in contact with the employees of ETH Zürich and work together with the Eidgenössische Ausgleichskasse (EAK). • You independently carry out monthly quality controls in the area of family allowances and ensure uniform and high-quality processing of the dossiers. In addition, you monitor legal changes, assess their impact and ensure correct implementation in operational daily business. • Accompanying audits in the area of family allowances as well as active participation in the further development of the specialist area also belong to your tasks. In particular, you will work on the restructuring of family allowances in connection with the return of delegated dossier management to the Eidgenössische Ausgleichskasse (EAK). • In addition, you take on tasks in other specialist areas, such as in the area of accident processing and daily benefits. • You organize and prioritize your area of responsibility independently and contribute to the success of the team through constructive cooperation. You take on additional tasks flexibly and bring your ideas for optimizing processes and work processes. You also actively participate in change processes and take on representation within the team.
