Job Description ## • As a central interface between surgeons and anesthesiologists, you ensure smooth daily OR operations • You provide empathetic care to patients before, during, and after surgery • You carry out all preparatory and post-operative measures for surgeries • You are responsible for the professional preparation and operation of necessary devices, instruments, and sterile goods • You carefully document all nursing activities, including performance recording • You help to ensure a smooth daily routine in the OR • You work professionally and closely with various interdisciplinary specialist groups Requirement Profile ## • You have a Swiss-recognized qualification as a technical operating assistant (TOA) with experience in operating room operations • You have an interest in the field of gynecology/urology and obstetrics • You are a service-oriented, communicative personality • You are accustomed to working independently, carefully, and expeditiously • You possess friendly and correct manners and a well-groomed appearance • Punctuality and reliability are a matter of course for you.
