What you will achieve with us ##

• Passionate host role & active participation in daily business
• Contact person for feedback and wishes of our guests
• Operational shift leadership of the respective department
• Administrative and operational tasks with own area of responsibility
• Compliance with and promotion of the defined quality and hygiene standards
• Monitoring of operational processes according to the specified standards
• You lead your shift and ensure smooth operations
• Training, promotion, and motivation of employees
• Ensuring the flow of information
• Role model function

For this challenging position, we are looking for a very engaged and open personality with an eye for detail as well as a structured, team- and process-oriented way of working. You possess strong organizational talent and enjoy supporting employees in their progress.

• Passionate host role
• Restaurationsfachfrau/ -mann EFZ
• Proven initial leadership experience in a similar position
• You speak fluent German and English, further foreign languages are an advantage
• You use the MS-Office suite proficiently
• Flexibility regarding working hours (shift assignments between 6.00 and 21.30 in 7-day operation)
