Stationäre Wohnintegration, an offering of the Sozialdepartement der Stadt Zürich, is a supervised living offer for socially and health-impaired persons who do not want to live abstinently and are not able to fit into a regular home.

For our night shift team, we are looking for a resilient and responsible personality as of 1. Dezember 2026 or by arrangement. The internal job title is Psychosozialer Betreuerin.

Tasks

• You accompany clients with addiction and mental illnesses during the evening and morning hours and also ensure professional and reliable support in nocturnal emergency situations.
• You promote the stabilization of clients, recognize crisis situations, and act prudently and appropriately to the situation.
• You work in a split shift with an overnight stay (on-call) from 17.15 to 24.00 and from 06.30 to 08.15. In the event of nocturnal emergencies, you are on duty if required - night supplements are paid for this.

Profile

• Degree as Pflegefachperson HF/FH, ideally with experience in psychiatric nursing
• Experience in dealing with people with addiction diseases or mental impairments
• Security and prudence in dealing with crisis situations and difficult life situations
• An independent and self-responsible way of working

A professional and low-threshold working setting: Instead of classic nursing, psychosocial accompaniment, stabilization, and crisis intervention are at the center. Around 80 people live in our residential offering. The consumption of addictive substances is allowed in the premises.
