Vacancy No. 6616 ## Tasks ### • independent order processing (Imp./Exp./Crosstrade) • coordinating transport processing incl. pre- and/or on-carriage • communicating with customers, NVOCC's and shipping lines • processing inquiries and complaints • arranging cargo transport insurance • processing and checking incoming invoices • billing and archiving orders Requirements ### • completed training as a freight forwarding specialist (Speditionskaufmann or Speditionskauffrau) • three to four years of professional experience in the field of sea freight IT ### MS-Office - good knowledge Languages ### German: native language English: m+s good French: desirable Start date ### by arrangement Work location ### Zurich Region Special features ### A committed team looks forward to welcoming you.
