In this role, you will take responsibility for patient and patient-related transport at USZ and thereby contribute directly to the quality of care and the experience of our patients. Your main tasks

• Together with your team, you ensure safe and reliable patient and patient-related transport within the USZ
• Duty planning as well as demand-oriented and efficient personnel deployment planning are part of your tasks
• Work processes are continuously reviewed and optimized by you, and improvements are actively implemented
• You promote the professional development of your employees through the planning and implementation of training
• A friendly, professional, and efficient service is a matter of course for you
• In everyday operations, you roll up your sleeves and support the 7×24 operation with night and weekend shifts if necessary

Your profile

• Leadership experience as a team or shift leader or in a comparable function
• Open and clear communication, a confident appearance, and assertiveness characterize you
• Joy in rolling up your sleeves and actively participating in everyday operational business
• With your structured and organized way of working, you maintain an overview even in hectic situations
• Service orientation and joy in dealing with people are a matter of course for you
• Reliability, resilience, and the willingness to take on responsibility complete your profile
• You also bring good IT user skills
