Your performance (Tasks) Every project is a new piece, where you take over the artistic and technical management: Ensemble management: Project management including leadership of general planner teams. Solo & Duet: Comprehensive and courteous advice to the client at eye level. Rhythm check: Precise cost and schedule planning as well as skillful contract negotiations. Stage readiness: Responsibility for quality management and construction back office until final handover.
