Then you will like our kitchen! • In our modern large-scale kitchen, you will get to know versatile areas: over 4500 menus per day! • Cold production (e.g. salads, sandwiches), warm production, dessert/patisserie. • Theme weeks, e.g. pizza week, tapas week. • Internship at Hotel Baur au Lac • The apprentice team participates in cooking competitions. • You attend the general vocational school in Zürich one day per week. Your profile • Sek. A or Sek.
