Travelling Lifestyle Agent

As a Travelling Lifestyle Agent, you are a flexibly deployed talent of our agency. Depending on your profile and assignment, you work in the areas of Beauty, Lifestyle & Sales, Event & Promotion, Beauty Artists, Creative Arts, or Live Entertainment. You represent EBL and our partners professionally and implement your assignments reliably and according to briefing.

Working Model
You are employed on an hourly basis and work exclusively in the model of casual on-call work. There is no guaranteed fixed workload and no guaranteed assignment volume. The agency offers you individual assignments. These are voluntary: You decide for yourself whether you accept or decline them. Upon your acceptance, the assignment, the agreed assignment days, and the confirmed times become binding.

Main Tasks
Tasks depending on the assignment. Depending on the assignment, you take on tasks in consulting and sales, brand representation, promotion and guest care, or you provide technical, creative, artistic, or entertainment services. You carry out the tasks assigned to you professionally, service-oriented, and according to briefing, and work towards the agreed assignment and quality goals. Brand Representation: You represent exedra beauty & lifestyle as well as the respective partners and clients professionally, authentically, and with an appearance appropriate to the assignment. You implement the applicable brand, service, and quality standards, participate in agreed trainings, and contribute the knowledge and skills required for the assignment. Implementation of Assignments: You prepare for your assignment days based on the briefings and implement the agreed tasks carefully and professionally at the respective assignment location. You adhere to the agreed times and processes and ensure professional execution as well as an orderly work or appearance area. Communication and Documentation: You keep the agency's responsible contact person informed about the course of your assignments. You report customer feedback, special occurrences, and suggestions for improvement promptly and objectively. You record working hours and agreed assignment reports completely and on time. In case of questions, deviations, or complaints, you involve the responsible contact person.

Requirement Profile
You bring an interest in beauty, lifestyle, events, brands, or creative and artistic tasks. You possess the experience, education, or practical expertise required for your assignments. You communicate clearly and friendly, appear professionally and appropriately for the assignment, and work reliably, punctually, and independently. You are willing to learn and implement feedback constructively. You possess the language skills required for the respective assignment and can attend the agreed work locations and assignment days. As a Travelling Lifestyle Agent, you bring mobility for changing assignment locations within the respective agreed area.
