Your area of responsibility:

• You advise our customers with your open-minded, competent and charming manner and ensure that they feel welcome and well taken care of.
• As a Schlossberg brand ambassador, you provide our customers with a sustainably inspiring customer experience.
• Thanks to your charisma and your passion for our products, you contribute decisively to the company's success.
• You design the visual merchandising at the POS, which inspires our customers to purchase our exclusive products.

Your experience:

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in retail and have several years of experience in high-end specialty retail, preferably in home textiles.
• You possess sales talent with a strong customer- and service-oriented manner as well as a passion for high-quality products.
• You possess flexibility regarding working hours and maintain an overview even in hectic moments.
• You possess excellent communication skills and have a very good command of the German and English languages; other national languages and/or Russian are an advantage.
