What awaits you with us ##

• You lead the further development and introduction of new functions for applications and ensure the support and optimization of existing and new corporate client applications.
• You analyze disruptions and errors in our applications and coordinate the finding of solutions with internal and external partners.
• You support the specialist departments technically, conduct training sessions, and drive continuous quality improvement.
• You create and analyze reports on our applications to initiate data-based optimizations and further developments.
• You coordinate idea management and implement promising innovation and digitalization projects in a targeted manner.

What you bring with you ##

• Completed studies or further education in business informatics, business administration, or a related field, or about to graduate
• Experience in the operation, support, and further development of applications and project management, ideally in a financial services environment
• Enthusiasm for IT topics, knowledge of IT Service Management, and strong customer orientation
• Rapid problem recognition, root cause analysis, and pragmatic solution finding with internal and external partners
• Enjoyment of a dynamic, service-oriented environment, structured way of working, even in hectic times
