• You analyze market developments as well as political initiatives in the Swiss real estate market and mortgage lending as part of our research team.
• You develop company-specific statements in close cooperation with the representatives of our specialist and business units.
• You design, create, and publish well-founded market analyses based on in-house data as well as representative surveys.
• You answer and manage media inquiries confidently as a specialist.
• You continuously expand the specialist know-how in the field of real estate and mortgages within our company.
• You regularly monitor, measure, and optimize the success KPIs of your activities.
• Completed studies (FH/Uni) or sound further training in economics, real estate management, communication, or marketing.
• Several years of professional experience as an analyst, journalist, or consultant with a focus on the Swiss real estate market.
• Sound methodological knowledge in market research (survey design, data collection, and quantitative evaluation).
• Strong networked thinking, analytical sharpness, and creativity paired with a reliable "can-do" mentality.
• High quality standards, organizational talent, as well as strong service and team orientation.
• A resilient network of relevant media representatives, real estate experts, mortgage institutions, and industry players.
• Business-fluent German and French skills in spoken and written form; English or further Swiss national languages are an advantage.
