We are looking for an after-school care manager or childcare specialist starting immediately or by arrangement

Tasks ##

• Care of children of all levels at the lunch table and in the offerings of the Tagesschule Offenes Betreuungsangebot (OBA) and Individuelle Lernzeit (ILZ)
• Leading own as well as cross-group care offerings during the school holidays
• Close cooperation with the students, caregivers and the teachers for the day school offerings
• Pedagogical and interdisciplinary cooperation in the school team
• Administrative and operational tasks
• Implementation of the pedagogical objectives of the school
• Working days and working hours: 39% without holiday care every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 11.30 - 16.00h 50% Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 11.30 - 16.00h in regular school operations with approximately 5 weeks of holiday care

Profile ##

• Degree in Social Pedagogy/Social Work FH/HF or comparable training; for foreign diplomas, a Swiss diploma recognition must be attached
• Degree Fachperson Betreuung EFZ
• Joy in working with students and in a team
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Motivation, openness, resilience
• Cooperative, appreciative and respectful leadership style
• Flexibility as well as very good team and communication skills
