Your main tasks

• Invoicing and case processing of inpatient services: timely creation, cancellation and re-invoicing of invoices as well as processing of pending items, supplementary invoices, error logs, invoice rejections and corrections
• Participation in process optimization in inpatient billing
• Information and contact person for cost bearers such as insurance companies, patients as well as internal departments
• Support in the induction of new employees as well as support for supervisors with individually arising tasks

Your profile

• Ideally a completed KV-Ausbildung
• For the processing of report inquiries, medical knowledge is an advantage
• Profound knowledge in MS-Office applications
• Strong communication skills
• Quick comprehension, initiative and ability to work in a team
• Very good German skills
