As a customer and performance advisor, you are the point of contact for our customers and take on the central role in processing services – binding, competent and empathetic. Customer and Performance Advisor Animal Insurance (w/m/d), 80–100%, Zürich / hybrid What you will be doing: Review of benefit entitlement according to insurance conditions (illness, accident, prevention) as well as processing of cost approvals and complaints Control, billing and, if necessary, objection of veterinary medical invoices Answering questions from policyholders, service providers and authorities by phone and email – friendly and understandable, even in complex matters Enjoy advising potential new customers (in- & outbound) as well as creating customized offers for new and existing customers Creating correspondence, processing policyholder and contract data, and ensuring other administrative tasks Why you will succeed: In addition to a successfully completed basic training in the medical field (e.g. MPA) or commercial training with basic medical knowledge, you ideally already have several years of professional experience in service processing and/or customer consulting in the veterinary environment You have a completed VBV training (certificate "Non-Life") or are willing to complete it You convince our customers with your efficient, committed and service-oriented way of working Communication skills on the phone and by email as well as a friendly, professional demeanor complete your profile, even in demanding situations you remain calm and composed With your service claim and insurance knowledge, you ensure a positive customer experience and actively contribute to the improvement of our processes You communicate fluently in German, Italian and English, both verbally and in writing What you can count on: With around 900,000 customers, Sanitas is one of the largest health insurance companies in Switzerland.
