For the next development phase, we are looking for an individual as an FP&A Controller on an exclusive mandate, who will contribute to continuing the success story of Howden Schweiz through entrepreneurial thinking, professional competence and a passion for design. Your challenge Financial Planning, Forecasting & Analysis You accompany budgeting, planning and forecasting processes and ensure that financial developments are prepared transparently and comprehensibly You analyze P&L, cost developments and other financial key figures and derive concrete recommendations for action for management from them You create regular management reports and prepare relevant documents for audits, planning rounds and decision-making processes Business Partnering & Management Support You work closely with managing directors, leaders and internal specialist departments and act as a financial sparring partner at eye level You understand the business development, actively question figures and contribute to control and decision-making processes with pragmatic recommendations You support management in better classifying financial relationships and deriving effective measures from them Projects and Processes You work on projects and process improvements and help to further develop FP&A structures without creating unnecessary complexity You actively participate in a dynamic environment where not everything is yet fully defined and thinking ahead is expressly desired You accompany the stronger connection of the Romandie to the finance organization in Zürich and specifically bring your language skills and business proximity to the cooperation with French-speaking Switzerland : In this role, you combine analytical strength with business proximity and communication. You do not just manage numbers, but recognize developments, ask the right questions and create decision-making bases that further drive Howden Schweiz in its growth. Your qualities and talents You have completed further training or a degree in the finance sector, for example Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Controlling, HF, FH or Bachelor with a focus on finance; a CAS in Controlling is an advantage You have at least two to three years of experience in FP&A, Financial Planning & Analysis or Business Controlling, ideally in a group environment or an organization with more complex structures (>150 employees) Forecasting, budgeting, reporting, P&L analyses and cost analyses are part of your professional daily routine You can derive concrete recommendations for action from numbers and communicate them in a way that is appropriate for the target group You have very good Excel skills; you also have experience with Power BI, consolidation systems (e.g. LucaNet, OneStream etc.); Salesforce is a plus You have a good understanding of P&L, cost accounting and management reporting; OR and IFRS knowledge is an advantage You are communicative, collegial, solution-oriented and have the ability to actively think ahead even in times of uncertainty.
