WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU

• Assistance in the further development and implementation of a holistic People Development strategy in alignment with corporate goals and local maturity level
• Support of programs for leadership development
• Execution of processes for potential analysis, succession planning and talent management
• Introduction of learning methods accompanying the employee lifecycle: from onboarding sequences to individual further training to knowledge transfer upon exit
• Advising supervisors and employees in the creation of individual development plans and career paths
• Advising and sparring for managers on development and performance topics
• Analysis of development needs and derivation of corresponding measures
• Close cooperation with the HR Business Partners and the management board
• Organization, planning and evaluation of all local trainings and events
• Continuous improvement of processes
• Participation in far-reaching, cross-departmental digitalization projects in SAP
• Regular exchange with the People Development team in Düsseldorf combined with occasional business trips

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Completed training or studies in a relevant field
• Relevant professional experience in personnel development
• Sound knowledge of modern personnel development instruments and change management
• Experience in dealing with complex matrix structures is an advantage
• Strong service orientation and consulting competence
• Extraordinary presentation and moderation skills
• Experience in conducting training and workshops is an advantage
• Didactic skill and a very independent, careful and structured way of working
• Fast comprehension and analytical thinking
• Confident German and English language skills, any further language is an advantage
• Proficient use of MS-Word, -Excel, -PowerPoint, -Project and SAP
