For a renowned private clinic in Zürich, we are looking for a committed personality with an interest in pedagogy, starting immediately or by arrangement, at a workload of 80 to 100 %. In this versatile role, you will combine professional patient care with the specialist guidance of apprentices and students. What awaits you in this responsible task • Independent nursing and care of patients in the acute care area • Specialist advice in complex nursing situations as well as active participation in clinical decisions • Guidance, promotion, and assessment of apprentices as well as students of various nursing educations • Planning and implementation of short training sessions, learning sequences, and internal continuing education • Implementation of the educational mandate according to the training concept on the ward • Collaboration in quality developments as well as nursing projects • Assumption of additional tasks on behalf of the management What you bring with you • Completed training as Dipl.
