Do you like to take the initiative and are you service-oriented? Do you know how to convince customers? We are looking for a new colleague to support us with the following tasks:

• Independent management of a counter with the processing of currency exchange transactions, deposits and withdrawals of cash and precious metals, etc.
• Advisory and support of our safe deposit box customers (safe deposit box new openings, access controls, mutations, closures, etc.)
• Activity as a customer advisor with the ability to identify potential in existing and new customers
• Achieving turnover, revenue and profitability targets

You will work in the Retail team at the Zürich Bahnhofstrasse 45 branch. We operate retail banking with passion! Our goal is to be the first choice for private customers in Switzerland. Skills and experience

• High motivation and ability to work independently
• Fluent German and good English skills; further language skills are an advantage
• You have a commercial education or training in sales and bring experience in cash administration
• Reliability and discretion are a matter of course for you
• Additionally, you are an enthusiastic personality and can convince our customers with your winning manner
