E-Commerce Specialist with In-Store Sales (80-100%) – CBD Specialty Store Zürich, with advancement opportunities

For our established hemp specialty store in 8037 Zürich, we are looking for a motivated, digitally-savvy personality to manage our online shop and additionally work in in-store sales, starting immediately or by arrangement. We offer real advancement opportunities in our growing company.

Your tasks

Maintenance, updating, and optimization of our online shop (products, texts, images, prices)

Processing and shipping of online orders as well as returns management

Support with online marketing measures (social media, newsletter, search engines)

Evaluation of simple sales figures for assortment optimization

Friendly service and competent advice for our customers in the hemp/CBD specialty store

Responsible sales according to legal requirements (incl. age verification 18+)

Merchandise presentation, inventory management, and cash desk management

General administrative tasks (e-mail correspondence, filing, simple office organization)

Your profile

Completed vocational training in retail, e-commerce, or comparable (Swiss Federal Diploma of E-Commerce Specialist is an advantage, but not a requirement)

Initial experience in sales and/or e-commerce

Good PC skills (webshop systems, MS Office)

Communicative, independent, and structured way of working

Good German language skills

Working hours

Ø approx. 39.5 hours/week (≈ 95 %)

Monday to Friday: 11:00 – 18:30

Saturday: 12:00 – 16:00 (two Saturdays per month mandatory)

Sunday: closed
