Product Manager OT-Security 80-100%

Your future begins here As Product Manager OT-Security, you will take on the strategic and commercial responsibility for Swisscom's OT-Security portfolio. You will further develop existing solutions as well as new offers for operators of critical infrastructures - from energy and utilities to transport and industry. You are the driving force for the vision, positioning, and go-to-market of our OT-Security products and act as the central contact person for all internal and external stakeholders. Highlights: • Taking on 360° responsibility for the OT-Security product portfolio across the entire product lifecycle (launch, growth, maturity, phase-out) • Development and maintenance of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for OT-Security solutions • Further development of existing products as well as building new solutions (greenfield) for critical infrastructures and other segments • Strategic alignment of the portfolio taking into account market trends and regulatory developments (e.g., NIS2, IEC 62443) • Close cooperation with Marketing, Sales, and Pre-Sales for market launch and positioning • Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with partners and suppliers at CXO level, including contract negotiations • Continuous market, competitor, and trend analysis in the field of OT/ICS-Security • Close cooperation with engineering teams to evaluate technical feasibility and innovation potential Your Skills • Several years of experience in product management, ideally in a B2B environment for complex IT/OT solutions • 3 - 5 years of proven experience in the field of OT-Security / ICS-Security • Sound knowledge of OT environments, industrial protocols (e.g., Modbus, PROFINET, DNP3) and relevant standards (IEC 62443, NERC CIP, NIS2) • Strong strategic mindset with an entrepreneurial mindset • Strong communication skills and confident appearance up to C-Level • Strong customer and market orientation, paired with analytical strength With us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or in your home office.
