For the Facility Management area, we are looking for an experienced personality for the Building Cleaning Administrative Buildings department, starting immediately or by arrangement

Tasks

• Personnel and technical leadership of the subordinate employees in the objects of the Grossobjekte area regarding work distribution, work execution, quality and safety, as well as introduction and training of new employees.
• Coordination and introduction of sickness, accident and holiday substitutes from external companies as well as control functions regarding working hours, absences, work processes, quality, Suva regulations, etc.
• Verification of outsourced or in-house cleaning as well as contact person for suppliers.
• Ordering of cleaning materials and equipment in the Service Center Material, material distribution to the cleaning staff.
• Conducting goal and appraisal meetings.

Profile

• Completed vocational training, basic course in building cleaning with additional training in cleaning techniques and products/surfaces
• Several years of professional experience as well as experience in personnel leadership
• Good IT user skills
• Good oral and written German skills
• Multicultural understanding, teamwork, reliability, resilience as well as assertiveness
