YOUR TASKS

• You take on the role of host for patients and visitors in our inpatient wards
• Service activities (advice, taking orders as well as service of main and intermediate meals, beverage service, fulfilling guest requests, etc.)
• Accompanying and seeing off patients upon admission and discharge
• Coordination of patients' nutritional needs between medicine, nutritional counseling, and the kitchen
• Shaping a high-quality, comprehensive guest experience

YOUR PROFILE

• Training as a specialist in restoration, hotel specialist is an advantage, or at least two years of professional experience in the high-end service sector
• Experience in high-end hospitality/gastronomy
• Very good German and English skills, any further language is an advantage
• Well-groomed appearance and very good manners
• Good IT skills
• Working hours are to be performed, on an average of three to four days per week (Monday to Sunday) from 17.00 to 20.30
