Task We are looking for an experienced Workplace, M365 Engineer for one of our customers to ensure 2nd Level operations in the Workplace team. In addition to client engineering know-how, knowledge and experience in the server, network, and security areas are also necessary. You support the operation of IT systems and services and participate in projects, operational takeovers, and rollouts. You plan and carry out change and release management according to customer requirements. Furthermore, you localize, analyze, and resolve faulty system states. You triage and coordinate incidents and are responsible for the processing of workflows and orders (Request Fulfillment). In addition, you create and update documentation.
