Tasks:

• Checking and processing incoming applications
• General administration / correspondence with applicants (appointment coordination, email, creating application dossiers, rejections, etc.)
• Maintenance of the applicant database
• New client acquisition
• Support in the placement of temporary staff and permanent positions
• Creating presentations / statistics
• And so on and so forth…

Requirements:

• Completed apprenticeship – whether from a craft or from the commercial sector
• Age: 19 to 24 Young
• Very good PC skills in MS Office
• German as a native language, foreign languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, French, English are an advantage but not a requirement – but welcome
• Organizational talent and great willingness to perform are further plus points
• Teamwork and keeping calm in hectic times is no problem for you
