Employee Housekeeping and Care, 80-100 %

Spitex SAW supports older people with everyday housekeeping, care, and social services. To reinforce our team, we are looking for a committed, reliable, and empathetic personality as an Employee Housekeeping and Care, starting immediately and fixed-term until 31 October 2027.

Tasks ##

• You fulfill housekeeping and care tasks according to the assistance and care planning as well as the standards and guidelines of Spitex SAW. If possible, you actively involve the customers in the activities.
• You provide need-based care and support services and thereby contribute to a high quality of life for the customers.
• You observe changes in our customers, document them professionally, and inform the responsible case management for Housekeeping and Care about important observations.
• You participate actively in meetings, reports, and case discussions, independently obtain important information, and ensure its passing on.
• You communicate reliably, professionally, and appropriately for the addressee - both in personal contact and via e-mail.

Profile ##

• Completed training as well as experience in the field of housekeeping and/or care, preferably in a Spitex organization
• High social competence and strong customer and service orientation
• Teamwork skills, physical and mental resilience as well as flexibility and openness to change
• Good oral and written German skills at least level B1 as well as secure and professional communication
• Possession of a valid driver's license category B as well as willingness to carry out assignments in the entire operational area independently by car
