What you will achieve with us

• You will take on diverse office tasks and ensure a smooth flow in daily operations
• You will create and process documentation, presentations and reports
• You will design reports and Excel tables in the appropriate look
• You will contribute your skills in data entry and analysis
• You will assist in the organization of customer training and events

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (EFZ or equivalent)
• Experience with public administration is a plus, but not mandatory
• You are an organizational talent, work independently, structured and precisely
• You like numbers just as much as teamwork
• MS Office and especially Excel – no problem for you
• Proficient German, written and spoken
• You maintain an overview even in hectic times
