Accessibility Services (AS) enables barrier-free access to SSR media and thus contributes concretely to social participation in Switzerland. As a competence center, this service is responsible for the development and implementation of subtitling, sign language, and audio description services.

Furthermore, AS is responsible for dialogue with customers and the market, including the management of the national customer service center for offers such as Sat-Access, Play+ and Login, as well as exchanges with distributors and re-broadcasters, thereby ensuring that offers and interfaces are systematically adapted to the needs of the public and the market.

Your mission ####

As Product Manager:in Accessibility Services within the Product Management Accessibility Services team, you will actively participate in the development of our product portfolio in the fields of subtitling, audio description, and sign language.

• You develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap of products and services in the fields of subtitling, audio description, and sign language, and you prioritize needs in close collaboration with the product management management as well as with the relevant internal and external stakeholders
• You are responsible for the operational management of the product lifecycle, from design to introduction, including the continuous development of existing products
• You analyze user needs, market requirements, technological developments, and the regulatory framework, and derive product requirements and recommendations for action from them
• You ensure that product decisions are systematically focused on added value for the user, company objectives, and profitability; you define relevant key performance indicators (KPI) and derive data-based optimization measures from them
• You participate in the planning and control of product and project budgets, you develop decision-making bases and perform cost-benefit analyses
• You coordinate collaboration between specialized services, operations, technology, Product Owners, as well as internal and external stakeholders, and ensure an effective implementation of product requirements
• You follow market, technology, and sector trends, and encourage a user-centered, agile, and data-driven approach in the product environment

Your profile ####

• Experience in product management or in a similar function related to the development of products, services, or projects
• Knowledge of or interest in agile product management methods, from strategic planning to operational implementation via roadmap development
• Experience in analyzing user needs, requirements, and key indicators, as well as the ability to derive concrete measures from them
• Experience in stakeholder management and in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, as well as the ability to reconcile divergent interests
• An analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach
• A strong sense of responsibility, a high capacity for implementation, and decisive decision-making
• Very good language skills in a national language, as well as German or French at least at level B1 and English at level B1
• Experience in the field of media or accessibility services is an asset, but not mandatory
