In our interdisciplinary outpatient clinic, we unite the specialist areas of cardiology, vascular surgery, immunology, nephrology, traumatology, visceral surgery, plastic surgery, and thoracic surgery. We work with a state-of-the-art and process-oriented infrastructure in an extremely dynamic and innovative environment. The Universitätsspital Zürich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees are committed daily to the well-being of our patients. ### Are you ready for a leadership role in the outpatient sector? • As a Team Leader, you will work closely with the Department Head. You support each other at eye level, and you will take on various leadership tasks in the personnel area (recruitment, personnel scheduling, accompanying new employees, promoting team development). • To ensure your specialist knowledge also remains up to date, you will actively participate in the daily routine of our versatile outpatient clinic as a Medical Practice Assistant / Medical Practice Assistant or Healthcare Assistant / Healthcare Assistant. Our working hours are between Monday and Friday from 07.30 to 17.30. • Do you not yet have leadership experience? Then you are nonetheless very welcome. It is most important to us that you bring a large portion of motivation and interest.
