In our interdisciplinary ambulatory clinic, we combine the specialist areas of cardiology, vascular surgery, immunology, nephrology, traumatology, visceral surgery, plastic surgery and thoracic surgery. Are you ready for a leadership role in the ambulatory sector?

• As a Group Leader, you work closely with the Department Head. You support each other at eye level and you take on various leadership tasks in the personnel area (recruitment, personnel deployment planning, supporting new employees, promoting team development).
• To ensure that your specialist knowledge also remains up to date, you actively participate in the daily operations of our versatile ambulatory clinic as a Medical Practice Assistant / Medical Practice Assistant or Healthcare Assistant / Healthcare Assistant. Our working hours are between Monday and Friday from 07.30 to 17.30.
• Do you not yet have leadership experience? Then you are still very welcome. It is most important to us that you bring a large portion of motivation and interest. The experienced and professionally competent Department Head will be happy to accompany you in the new role.
