French as a Foreign Language (FLE) Teacher – Cantons of Zurich and Lucerne

Flying Teachers is currently looking for qualified and motivated French as a foreign language (FLE) teachers to provide French courses in the cantons of Zurich and Lucerne.

We wish to expand our network of teachers to meet the needs of our learners and clients in these two regions.

Teaching missions may concern different audiences, including adults, children, adolescents, and corporate employees, depending on the needs of the courses offered.

Type of course: French as a foreign language (FLE) – General and professional French
Regions: Cantons of Zurich and Lucerne
Format: Mainly in-person, depending on the missions
Target audience: Adults, children, adolescents, and companies
Levels: A1 to C2, depending on needs
Start: Depending on available missions
Frequency and schedule: To be agreed upon based on the needs of the learners and the availability of the teachers

We are looking for people wishing to commit to regular or occasional teaching missions, depending on their experience, their availability, and their area of intervention.

Profile sought
French as a mother tongue or level C2

SVEB/FSEA certificate or equivalent pedagogical qualification

Experience in teaching French as a foreign language (FLE)

Experience in teaching adults, children, adolescents, or in a company, depending on the missions

Experience in individual and group teaching

Good ability to plan, structure, and organize sessions

Interactive, communicative, and learner-centered pedagogical approach

Ability to identify the individual needs of learners and to adapt pedagogical content accordingly

Ability to ensure regular monitoring of progress and to adapt learning objectives

Dynamic, benevolent, patient, and reliable personality

Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of organization

Good communication and collaboration with our administrative team

Residence in the canton of Zurich, in the canton of Lucerne, or in the surrounding areas

Valid authorization allowing professional activity in Switzerland

A good command of German or English constitutes an additional asset, notably to facilitate communication with learners and local interlocutors.
