Operational Purchasing 3-6 months temporary

For our purchasing team, we are looking for temporary support in operational purchasing. The role is ideally suited for individuals with sound experience in operational day-to-day business, good SAP knowledge, and solid English skills at a basic level. The task initially involves taking over existing ordering processes and will gradually develop into a more comprehensive operational responsibility.

Operational Purchasing 3-6 months temporary

Your tasks

• Taking over and processing existing orders in the SAP system
• Obtaining all necessary information for order triggering
• Creation and dispatch of orders to suppliers
• After successful induction: Obtaining and tracking order confirmations, clarifying deviations with suppliers, gradual takeover of further downstream tasks in operational purchasing
• Close cooperation with internal interfaces (e.g., scheduling, logistics, specialist departments)

Your profile

• Experience in operational purchasing, ideally in an industrial or technical environment
• Confident handling of SAP (MM or comparable modules)
• English skills at a basic level (for simple communication with suppliers)
• Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
• High service orientation and communication strength

Following the successful completion of the temporary assignment, a transition into a permanent position may be considered.
