Registered Nurse Acute Care Urology Zürich

As a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH, in addition to direct patient care, you will take on a professionally responsible role in Zürich on a ward with a focus on urology and interdisciplinary surgery. With a workload of 80 to 100 %, you will care for patients along the entire nursing process, make clinical decisions in everyday acute care, and support the further development of nursing standards through evaluations and internal specialist training. The permanent position is available immediately or by arrangement and is aimed at experienced nursing professionals from acute hospitals who wish to combine patient care with additional professional responsibility. What awaits you in this responsible task • Holistic care and support of patients in the field of urology and surgery • Independent implementation of diagnostic and therapeutic measures in cooperation with doctors and healthcare professionals • Recognition of emergency situations and initiation of appropriate immediate measures • Responsibility for seamless patient documentation and professional information transfer • Conducting specialist short training sessions and internal evaluations • Support in the professional development of the ward • Active participation in ensuring and further developing high quality standards What you bring with you • Completed training as Dipl.
