Job Description ##

• Support of the nursing service management in technical and organizational leadership
• Deputizing for the nursing service management in their absence
• Ensuring professional and individual care for clients at home
• Coordination and organization of nursing assignments
• Support with assignment and route planning
• Technical guidance and support of the employees
• Ensuring and further developing the quality of care
• Carrying out needs assessments and responsibility for the nursing process
• Cooperation with relatives, doctors, and other specialist agencies
• Monitoring and ensuring complete nursing documentation
• Participation in the optimization of internal workflows and processes
• Compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety specifications
• Active participation in direct care if required
• Support in the introduction and guidance of new employees

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a Registered Nurse HF or FH.
• Professional experience in a relevant specialist field is an advantage.
• Sense of responsibility and high social competence.
• Resilience, flexibility, and ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of IT/PC applications.
• Readiness for flexible working hours and weekend shifts.
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing.
