AWS Cloud Engineer (m/f)

This is your contribution • Further develop AWS Landing Zone using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) (multi-account architecture, AWS Organizations, etc.) • Ensure operation and support of the cloud platform (2nd/3rd level, on-call) • Evaluate and integrate new AWS services regarding cost efficiency, compliance and scalability • Manage and enforce IAM and security concepts (guardrails, SCPs) • Analyze and resolve security-relevant incidents and findings • Enable development and specialist teams as well as support them during onboardings and migrations What makes you unique • Completed degree in computer science (FH/HF/Uni or comparable) and at least 5 years of professional experience as a (Senior) AWS Cloud Engineer • Deep expert knowledge of common AWS services with a special focus on multi-account architectures, governance and AWS Account Vending at the enterprise level • Proven practice in IaC (Terraform, CI/CD, Python) • Analytical thinking skills and a strong understanding of complex overall IT contexts and architectural landscapes • Highly developed communication and mediation skills for solution-oriented collaboration with development and specialist teams • Very good German skills and knowledge of a second official language; English skills are an advantage • AWS certifications (Professional / Specialty) are an advantage What we offer • Working for Switzerland We are committed to the success model of Switzerland and work for the well-being of the population. • Lived diversity Thanks to equal opportunities, we develop our competencies and bring in different perspectives. • Healthy at the workplace We support and advise our employees in the area of physical and mental health.
