For our client, an established IT company in the Zurich area, we are looking for a motivated personality as an IT Support Specialist Webhosting.

Your task ##

• Processing and monitoring 1st-level support requests in the area of web hosting
• Receipt and forwarding of more complex requests to the responsible specialist departments
• Testing and support for web, mail, and hosting services
• Supporting customers with topics such as domains, DNS, FTP, e-mail, and hosting
• Administration and maintenance of customer accounts
• Documentation of support cases

Your profile ##

• Completed training as an Informatiker EFZ, ICT-Fachmann or comparable qualification
• Initial experience in IT support or a modern IT infrastructure
• Knowledge of Microsoft, Linux, and macOS environments
• Interest in hosting, network, and server technologies
• Very good German skills as well as basic knowledge of French
• Independent and customer-oriented way of working
