Our client in the city of Zürich, a national real estate company with around 100 employees, is strengthening its management team per sofort or by arrangement and is looking for an experienced and service-oriented Real Estate Manager for Commercial Properties ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Independent management of the real estate portfolio consisting mostly of office and commercial properties • Support and advice for tenants as well as ensuring customer satisfaction • Negotiation and creation of lease agreements • Creation of concepts as well as development of renovation measures • Acceptance and handover of spaces • Accompanying renovation cases and monitoring vacancy • Various project tasks Qualifications & Competencies • Completed commercial basic training or similar • Further education towards the Eidg.
