Production Planner Employee (a) Microelectronics Zürich City

Microdul AG in Zürich City specializes in high-quality microelectronics with around 100 employees and operates in the three business areas Modules, Semiconductors and Thick Film. Our core competence lies in the development and production of miniaturized electronic circuits, which are realized in close cooperation with our customers - predominantly from medical technology. For our Purchasing & Logistics department, we are looking for a new team member by agreement.

In close cooperation with various internal and external contact persons, the following tasks are part of your area of responsibility:

• Planning and release of production orders (incl. material setup)
• Confirming delivery dates as well as responsibility for their compliance
• Placing orders with external processors and ensuring timely delivery
• Contact person for customers regarding all questions related to delivery dates and deliveries
• Interface between production, quality assurance, development and logistics
• Key User during the introduction of the new ERP system (proALPHA) in the planning area
• Maintenance of master data in the ERP system as well as processing of inquiries regarding Conflict Materials
• Support of purchasing in the follow-up of overdue component deliveries
• General support of the other areas within the department during holiday absences or high workload
• Participation in projects for process improvement along the entire logistics chain as well as assistance with customer inventories
• Deputy for Sales Support & Administration

What you bring

• Completed training as a Technical Clerk EFZ with corresponding further training
• 3+ years of professional experience in production planning, ideally in medical technology or electronics manufacturing
• Independent, structured and proactive way of working as well as the ability to maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment. You enjoy working independently and keep a cool head even in hectic times
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel as well as strong IT affinity
• Experience with ERP systems; knowledge in the introduction or further development of PPS/APS solutions is an advantage
• Initiative and sense of responsibility
