Test Lead (Temenos Transact T24)

Job Description:

• Definition and further development of the test strategy for the Temenos platform
• Planning, controlling, and execution of integration, regression, system, and user acceptance tests
• Creation and coordination of test plans for releases, projects, and changes
• Ensuring comprehensive test coverage while considering regulatory, qualitative, and security-relevant requirements
• Responsibility for defect management as well as risk and quality control
• Creation of go/no-go recommendations for productive releases and deployments
• Central contact person for test topics towards business, IT, and external partners as well as reporting to relevant stakeholders
• Continuous optimization of test processes, test automation, and test tools as well as participation in audits, migrations, and transformation projects

Your Profile:

• University degree in computer science, business informatics, or comparable training
• Several years of experience as a Test Engineer, Test Lead, or Test Manager with Temenos Transact (T24) in a banking environment
• Demonstrable experience with core banking implementations, release management, and/or system upgrades
• Good knowledge of the Temenos architecture, relevant interfaces, and core banking processes
• Sound practical experience in end-to-end testing as well as in defect management
• Good knowledge of private banking, wealth management, or corporate banking processes as well as a sound understanding of regulatory requirements, quality standards, and test governance in the financial services environment
• German at native language level as well as fluent English skills
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Certifications in project management or in agile methods (e.g., PMI, Scrum) as well as an ISTQB certification are an advantage
