The following exciting tasks await you Technical and personnel leadership of the customer/claims support staff in the Property/Liability area Responsibility for the organization, coordination, and further development of the team Support and coaching of employees in daily operational business Participation in the further development of processes, standards, and services Close cooperation with other team leaders as well as internal specialists and coordination with adjacent areas (e.g., Sales, Financial Lines, Personal Insurance, SME) Situational takeover and support of demanding customer mandates Promotion of open, team-oriented, and solution-oriented cooperation What you bring with you Several years of experience in customer support for corporate clients (Property/Liability) Initial leadership experience or clear motivation to take on a leadership role Sound specialist knowledge in the insurance sector (ideally supplemented by appropriate further training and/or long-term performance records) Enjoyment in the further development of employees as well as in the design of structures High service orientation, sense of responsibility, and organizational strength Why Qualibroker Gruppe?
