Construction Management Structural Engineering (m/f/d)

What awaits you As a construction manager, you will independently take over the integral design, permit, and execution planning and support the overall project management/project management. Your main tasks include planning activities in an integral team, supported by Building Information Modeling (BIM). Planning support for ongoing and future (large-scale) projects in the areas of industrial or hospital construction is part of your core area. You work closely with all specialist departments (structural engineering, HKKLS, electrical engineering, construction management) and external specialist planners. You support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal, taking into account climate-neutral planning with the goal of a sustainable building. What you bring You have a successfully completed degree in the field of architecture or a comparable qualification. Your career shows several years of professional experience in the execution planning of medium to large projects, ideally using the BIM method. You have sound technical and constructive knowledge and are familiar with relevant planning regulations, laws, rules, and standards. Initial professional experience in Switzerland on projects in the SIA service phases 41-51 is an advantage. You are characterized by enthusiasm for integral planning and are able to work on sub-areas independently and coordinated with other specialist departments. You have an interest in innovative software tools and knowledge of Revit or other equivalent modeling and drawing programs. You have a strong awareness of deadlines, costs, and quality. You have good German language skills in speaking and writing. You inspire through your curiosity about topics such as resource efficiency and sustainability.
