Nursing Specialist - Memory Care 80-100% (a) YOUR TASKS * Further development and implementation of guidelines in the specialist area of Memory Care (dementia) and in caregiving. * Introduction and support of new employees with a focus on the case management role. * Coaching, training, and case discussions for the professional development of employees. * Consulting in complex customer situations as well as occasional assumption of assignments. * Promotion of resource- and goal-oriented care. * Close cooperation with employees, specialist departments, doctors, as well as in the coach trio with team and HR coaches. * Active participation in the further development of nursing and organization.
