HEAD OF FINANCE (F/M/D) 90-100%

To strengthen our team at one of our locations in Rapperswil or Zürich, we are looking for an experienced and committed personality who will lead our finances while simultaneously working closely with our projects. In this role, you will combine financial expertise with a good understanding of the processes in general planning, architecture, and construction management.

YOUR TASKS

• Technical and personnel leadership of the finance team
• Organization, coordination, and further development of the tasks and processes in the finance area
• Responsibility for the quality and timely processing of ongoing financial processes
• Preparation and coordination of our fee invoices for planning and construction management services
• Responsibility for the commercial supplemental management of our orders
• Monitoring of fees, supplements, incoming payments, and open items
• Close cooperation with management, project managers, and project teams
• Support for project managers in financial, contractual, and order-related questions
• Management of the financial accounting
• Responsibility for accounts receivable and accounts payable management including dunning management
• Preparation and reconciliation of the necessary documents for the externally prepared annual financial statements
• Active further development and digitalization of our processes and workflows in the finance area

YOUR PROFILE

• Sound experience in finance and accounting as well as experience in leading a team
• Knowledge of Abacus is an advantage, as well as a confident handling of digital work processes
• Ideally experience in an architecture, engineering, planning, or construction company
• A good understanding of planning processes, project workflows, fees, and order structures
• Experience with fee invoices and commercial supplemental management
• A structured, precise, and independent way of working
• Enjoyment of leadership and of supporting and further developing employees
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey financial contexts understandably even to project teams
• Entrepreneurial thinking and the ambition not just to manage processes, but to actively improve them
