We shape Zurich from the ground up: livable and climate-neutral. Contribute your expertise and work with us on a future-oriented city. For the assistance of the Transport and Urban Space business unit, we are looking for reinforcement as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

Tasks

• You are responsible for the efficient and reliable administrative processing of business within our business unit.
• You edit and process all financial transactions in the business unit, ensuring high quality and target-group-oriented preparation.
• You proofread public concerns and applications in consultation with the responsible project managers.
• You offer support in the preparation and implementation of committees, workshops, and events. For individual committees, you manage the office independently in cooperation with the project manager.
• You think in networks, grasp connections quickly, and maintain an overview even with different tasks and stakeholder groups.

Profile

• Several years of professional experience in a demanding administrative function; commercial training is an advantage.
• Networked and solution-oriented thinking as well as the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and tasks.
• Professional handling of different contact persons, strong communication skills, and high service orientation.
• Very good oral and written language skills, stylistically confident German, and good knowledge of the M365 environment.
• Structured, independent, and responsible personality with high initiative as well as willingness for professional development and the gradual assumption of additional responsibility.
