Your tasks

• Thematic planning, organization, and coordination of the podcast episodes
• Research and guest search
• Dramaturgical conception of the episodes
• Hosting
• Post-production and distribution
• Further development of the format

Your profile

• Journalistic experience in the field of podcasts or audio
• Ability to transform relevant topics into innovative and accessible storytelling formats
• Experience in post-production
• Very good knowledge of audio editing software
• Willingness to experiment and creativity in dealing with original sounds and music
• Good knowledge of the podcast landscape
• Enjoyment of coordinating and conceptualizing
• Cross-media thinking
• Precise working under time pressure
• Confident appearance
